We are actually a trading company that supplies verified quality cellphone and computer accessories at reasonable price to worldwide customers. We can provide support and service that most factories or workshops can’t provide: strict factory audit, strict quality test ( we have a lot of testing machines) by our engineers, hot sell products, careful package, door to door service, local marketing support, better understanding of customers and more.

Usually, we don’t provide free samples for quality checking. If customer really want some samples for quality check, we will ask customers to pay by T/T, Bitcoin ( or USDT ), Paypal is not acceptable at this time. We will refund these sample cost in the coming orders. If the sample quality don’t meet customer’s requirement, we will begin 2^nd round sample proofing, and we will share 50% of the sample and shipping cost at 2^nd sample proofing round, and if 3^rd round sample proofing round needed, we will 100% pay our side both sample and the shipping cost. We just don’t want customers to waste their money and time.

 

We want our customers to be more professional in sample and product requirements: such as material, color, electrical properties and more. We will tell customers how to do this kind of test if they are not so professional.

Generally, our minimum order quantity is 300-1000 pieces, depends on different products. For customers newly engaged in this business, our MOQ can be lower to better support their business. Also, we do accept mix orders.

We can accept orders with different requirements on product material, color, package, label etc. For customized designed shape or function orders, we need to discuss with our engineers.

For small orders ( 100% prepayment for orders within 5000USD) and ready in stock products, we will ship out within 3-5 days after confirmation of payment. For bulk orders or customized orders, we will ship out within 7-12 days after receipt of deposit.

We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, USDT, Bitcoin etc. Usually our payment term is 30% T/T in advance, the rest balance before shipment. For customized orders, we may require up to 70% as prepayment.

Usually, we can accept Ex-works; FOB, CIF, CNF by sea or air; express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx; door to door service. For small order quantity, door to door service is preferable for us as it is more convenient for us.

Generally, we don’t offer any credit to customers. But for our agent or dealer, after several orders and signed partnership contract, we may offer some credit.

We don’t offer exclusive dealership to new customers. We will only offer dealership to those customers with good reputation and willing to grow by working hard together.

We offer hot sell and guaranteed quality products, ready made brochure, ready made pictures & videos, well designed website, potential customers in the local market and help them to build their own brands and more support if necessary.

Generally, we offer 12 months warranty since goods leave our warehouse if not specified warranty period. We will offer free replacement for products damaged during this period caused by wrong design or quality issue, we will send replacement products with customer’s next order or deduct same amount in the coming order. But customer should show enough evidence that these damaged products are not damaged by deliberate destruction or wrong operation such as water leakage, short circuit etc; some strict test by machine and photos may needed if necessary, some expensive products maybe required to send back for test or repair, we will share 50% of the shipping cost and import duty. If we decide to offer free replacement, we will require customer to destroy these damaged products and provide clear pictures or videos at same time. If order quantity is big, we may send 1% extra quantity.
